About Huddle

We are building the system that remembers how a brand decides.

Huddle takes on the work behind a brand’s products, and keeps every call the team makes while it does. It reads the store, the orders and the rules already in force, brings back what is worth deciding, and does what gets approved. What you approve becomes how the brand decides from then on, so the second month is smarter than the first.

Matthew Cardozo was the first data and AI hire at Wishi, a styling platform, where he built the recommendation, retrieval and agentic systems that chose which products, out of thousands of brands, reached the platform’s half-million shoppers. The work was turning a stylist’s judgment into something a machine could act on, and it ran into the same wall every time: what a brand knew about its own products, and about how it wanted them sold, was never written down anywhere a system could read. He founded Huddle to build that half.

A brand runs on three systems and only two of them exist. One records what sold and takes the money. Another reorders stock and prints the purchase order. The third is the decisions: what to sell, how to show it, where, and at what price. That is the actual job, it comes back every season, and no software holds it. It lives in exports, in threads, and in the heads of the people who made it.

Huddle is built for that third one. Every call carries a name, the team sets what runs on its own and what waits, and a person is brought in whenever the judgment is theirs. What Huddle learns from those calls is what lets it take on more of the work next month. Product work is where we start, and the work of running a brand is the rest of it.

The Fitting is where it starts. Give us your store and we read your product business the way Huddle does: what you sell, how it is represented, and where the work is. It is free, and the demo runs on what we found.
